Our Fees

At Podocare Podiatry & Chiropody, we are committed to providing high-quality podiatry care in a professional, friendly, and welcoming environment across our clinics.

At Podocare Podiatry & Chiropody, we provide expert assessment and treatment for a wide range of foot, nail, skin, and musculoskeletal conditions. Whether you require routine podiatry care, verruca treatment, nail surgery, fungal nail therapy, or biomechanical assessment, our experienced team is here to help across our clinic locations.

Please note: all new patients are required to pay the full initial consultation fee at the time of booking.

General Podiatry Fees (Skin & nail assessment)

  • Initial Consultation & Treatment (up to 30 minutes): £65.00
  • Follow-Up Treatment Session (up to 30 minutes): £60.00
  • Initial Consultation – Simple Nail Cut: £65.00
  • Follow-Up Nail Cutting Only: £47.00

Verruca Treatments

Falknor’s (Verruca) Needling:

  • Falknor’s Needling Session (60 minutes) plus 1 follow-up: £425.00

Swift Microwave Treatment:

  • Initial Consultation: £65.00 / £145.00 (required for all new patients)
  • 3 Session Package: £405.00 Treatment can be started on the same day as the initial consultation where appropriate.
  • Pay-as-you-go treatment: £145.00 per session

Cryotherapy / Acid Treatment:

  • Initial Consultation: £65.00 (required for all new patients) – If treatment is carried out at the same appointment, this fee includes the first cryotherapy / acid treatment session.
  • Follow-Up Session: £65.00

VERRUTOP:

  • Initial Consultation: £65.00 (required for all new patients) – If treatment is carried out at the same appointment, this fee includes the first Verrutop treatment session.
  • Follow-Up Sessions: £60.00

Laser Treatment for Fungal Nails

Initial Assessment:

  • Initial Laser Assessment: £85.00 (includes initial treatment and advice)

Treatment Packages:

  • One Foot or One Hand: £550.00 (4 sessions)
  • Two Feet or One Hand: £650.00 (4 sessions)

Gait Analysis / Biomechanics / Musculoskeletal / Orthotics Therapy

  • Biomechanical / Gait Analysis Assessment: £140.00
  • Custom Orthotics: from £360.00
  • Additional Orthotics:  from £290.00 Ordered within 6 months of the first pair
  • Review Biomechanics Consultation: from £70.00 / £90.00
  • Orthotics Refurbishment: from £100.00 (fee added to consultation charges)

Nail Surgery

  • 1 Toenail Surgery Procedure: from £460.00

Please note: dressings are included, and dressing packs are provided free as part of the package.

Electrocorporeal Shockwave Therapy

  • Shockwave Therapy Initial Assessment: £85.00 (includes initial treatment and advice)
  • Shockwave Therapy Treatment Session: £85.00

Urgent / Emergency Appointments

Patients requiring urgent treatment should contact the clinic before 10:00am, and every effort will be made to accommodate such cases as soon as possible.

Please make it clear when booking that your issue is urgent.

Cancellation Policy & Appointment Reminders

We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Failure to give 48 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee being charged.

An answerphone service is available out of hours, so it is always possible to leave a message.

As a courtesy, appointment reminders may be sent a day or two before your appointment. However, responsibility for cancelling any unwanted appointment remains with the patient, and the full fee may be charged if insufficient notice is given.

Advance Payment Policy for New Patients

Payment for the initial appointment can be made:

  • via a payment link sent to you, or
  • over the phone by debit or credit card

A receipt will be issued and can be collected at your appointment.

If you prefer to pay in cash, this can be done at the clinic in advance of the appointment.

For subsequent appointments, payment is made on the day.
